Weekend Mobile Groomer (Friday–Sunday)

Fluffy Buttz Mobile Dog Grooming is hiring a reliable, experienced groomer to take over our high-demand Saturday–Sunday route in the Hickory / Morganton & surrounding areas.
This is a solo mobile grooming position in a fully equipped van. We handle all scheduling, routing, marketing, and payments—you focus on grooming and delivering great service.
✅ Schedule
- •Saturday – Sunday
- •9:00am – 5:00pm
- •Consistent weekly route
💰 Pay Structure
- •$17/hour while training, 40% commission after
- •100% of tips
- •1% commission raise every 6 months
- •Potential for performance bonuses
🐶 What You'll Do
- •Groom an average of 3-4 dogs per day
- •Provide professional bath, haircut, nails, ears, blow dry
- •Deliver friendly, calm service to repeat clients
- •Work independently in a mobile grooming van

- •1+ year of professional grooming experience
- •Comfortable grooming solo
- •Able to lift dogs, stand for long periods, and work in a small space
- •Reliable transportation to meet the van each shift
